Tinderbox Collective is committed to supporting fair, inclusive and respectful working practices.
We recognise the importance of the Scottish Government’s Fair Work First approach and aim to take its principles into account in the development of our policies, procedures and working culture.
We continue to review and improve our working practices in line with our organisational values and responsibilities, whilst taking into account any relevant developments in Fair Work First guidance.
