The Tinderbox Lab is our shared-studio space and programme of activities focusing on digital and electronic media, instrument making, interactive sculptures, game-design and other ideas.

Basic Use and Safety Training:
Are you interested in learning how to solder electronics, use large tools like drill presses and saws, or work with microcontrollers?
We offer Basic Use and Safety (BUS) Training on different tools and activities in the Lab – if you’d be interested in this please get in touch with us at lab@tinderboxcollective.org to book a time.
This is what we currently offer and we will hopefully offer more in future as we expand the Lab with more equipment:
- Introduction to Soldering
- Introduction to Power Tools (hand drills, Dremel, circular saw, drill press)
- Basic Microcontroller Use (Arduino, Teensy)
